1. Website and quote requests
These terms cover use of the Cincinnati Trolley website, its inquiry process, and its optional text-messaging program. The legal business providing this service is A Savannah Nite, using the Cincinnati Trolley brand. Cincinnati Trolley is operated by A Savannah Nite Limo / Empire Transportation. A quote form submission is an inquiry: it does not reserve a vehicle, create a confirmed transportation contract, or collect payment.
2. Availability and reservation arrangements
Availability, vehicle assignment, passenger capacity, route suitability, and final pricing must be confirmed directly with the team. A reservation is subject to the booking arrangements and rental agreement provided for your trip. Review and accept that agreement before committing to the rental.
3. Published trolley packages
Published packages are $849 for 3 hours Sunday–Thursday; $899 for 3 hours Friday; and $1,299 for 4 hours Saturday. These packages apply to trolley rentals for all occasions. Limousine, shuttle, and charter-bus services require separate quotes.
Ask the team to confirm the total quote, included time and services, and any applicable overtime, taxes, gratuities, parking, admission, or other charges. A displayed package is not a guarantee of availability or an all-inclusive price for every itinerary.
4. Deposits, changes, cancellations, and refunds
A down payment of $150–$450 is required; the amount for your trip is confirmed during booking. Payments are generally nonrefundable. Requests for an exception are reviewed individually by A Savannah Nite; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or credit. Overtime rates vary depending on the service date and must be confirmed with the team. Ask for the applicable overtime rate before extending your rental. The remaining payment schedule, cancellation process, trip changes, and other rental obligations are specified in your booking agreement. Review those details before confirming your reservation.
5. Your trip details and passenger needs
Please provide accurate contact information, passenger numbers, pickup addresses, stops, required arrival times, and return plans. Describe boarding, mobility, luggage, or other needs so the team can review vehicle suitability. Confirm the usable capacity and configuration of the assigned vehicle; a published maximum is not a guarantee that every group or itinerary can be accommodated.
6. Routes, attractions, and passenger rules
Routes and destinations require review for access, timing, operating dates, and vehicle clearance. Attraction tickets or parking are included only if expressly stated in your agreed quote. Mention of an attraction does not imply an endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed admission.
Ask the operator for applicable passenger conduct, alcohol, smoking, food, decoration, cleaning, and damage policies before booking. Those requirements belong in the rental agreement for your trip.
7. Cincinnati Trolley text-messaging program
When you choose the applicable consent checkbox, Cincinnati Trolley may send non-marketing messages about inquiries, quotes, reservations, pickup details, and booking updates. With separate marketing consent, Cincinnati Trolley may send recurring offers, seasonal outing information, Christmas-light experiences, and rental promotions. You may choose either category, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to a text from us to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To receive texts again, provide a new opt-in through the signup process. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected] or call 513-457-9888.
Do not rely on text delivery alone for a time-sensitive trip change. Contact the team directly to confirm a change. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel a booking. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and messaging consent.
9. Website content and outside services
Website content is provided for planning and may be updated. Confirm current trip details with the operator. Third-party websites and attractions have their own terms and policies. Do not use this website to submit fraudulent requests, interfere with its operation, or access systems without authorization.
10. Questions and updates
For questions about this website, the messaging program, or your inquiry, email [email protected], call 513-457-9888 or write to Cincinnati Trolley, 9331 Seward Road, Fairfield, OH 45014. Revised website terms will be posted with an updated effective date. An existing reservation remains subject to its agreed rental terms.
